“Salon dřevostaveb”, or Timber Construction Show is a unique event promoting high quality modern wooden architecture in the Czech Republic. The event aims at supporting wood constructions not only as a technological or material alternative, but also as an architectural alternative and an alternative of lifestyle.

Originally it was a private initiative promoting the wood segment of architecture, and gradually it developed into a common part of “Dřevostavby” (Wooden Constructions) Trade Fair, which takes place every year. Timber Construction Show gathers the most interesting contemporary constructions together into a single exhibition, place and time.

The exhibition, organized in cooperation with the hosting company Terinvest, is the main accompanying program of Wooden Constructions Trade Fair, the only international trade fair dedicated to the wooden constructions in the country.
